At MaisonZar, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our fragrances. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to assist if there’s an issue with your order. However, due to the nature of perfume products, please review our return policy carefully.
🕒 Return Period
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The perfume is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

The item was damaged during delivery or you received the wrong item.

You have proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:

Opened or used perfume bottles (even if lightly sprayed).

Items not in their original packaging or with broken seals.

Sale or promotional items.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
📦 How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Email us at info@maisonzar.my or WhatsApp us at +6010-4236002 with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for the return.

If your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Pack the item securely and send it back within 7 days after receiving return approval.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective.
🔁 Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for:

Wrong items sent

Items damaged in transit
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery if you experience any of the above issues. We'll arrange for a replacement or alternative solution.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
