At Maison Zar, we aim to deliver your fragrances with care, speed, and reliability. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or international locations at this time.

Note: During peak sales, public holidays, or festive seasons (e.g., Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali), delivery may take an additional 3–5 working days due to higher order volumes. We encourage you to place your order at least 2 weeks in advance during such periods.
Order Weight Limit
Each order is limited to 15 KG (actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher). For larger purchases, please split them into separate orders.
Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, you or an authorized recipient will be asked to sign or confirm the receipt as proof of delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, kindly check the contents immediately. You have the right to refuse the parcel if the products inside are damaged.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If the delivery fails after two attempts, or if the parcel is not collected from a designated pickup point within the courier’s timeframe, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the order will be considered forfeited,
